Registered charity to help people who are in financial difficulty. Provides free, independent, impartial and realistic advice. It is a national organisation and can help regardless of amount of debts.

Alcohol Concern

National agency on alcohol misuse. Offers a free, online course aimed at developing safer drinking habits.

Alcoholics Anonymous

AA works on a group basis. Members share their experiences to help each other overcome their drinking problems.

Al-Anon Family Groups UK & Eire

Al-Anon offers support to families and friends of problem drinkers. Al-Ateen is for young people, aged 12-20, who have been affected by someone else's drinking.
